Workforce AI training pilot (design-partner template)
Template for Amro Academy design-partner case studies: what a paid workforce pilot measures, and the fields we fill once a named organisation completes the programme.
Amro Academy is taking a small number of design partners for paid workforce pilots. This page is the public template those case studies will use. It exists so buyers can see what we are willing to measure — and so we do not fill the homepage with invented logos or fictional percentages.
A design-partner pilot starts with a named team, not a whole enterprise rollout. Typical shape: one department or programme, a 20-minute demo, then a quoted workforce plan. Delivery uses learning agents (catalog or a dynamic companion on the skills you actually need) and, where a longer arc is required, a Global Instructor AI Mentor. L&D allocates training and uses the progress view throughout. Formal assessment, if required, is routed to OnlineTestPlus rather than pretending a tutor session is a credential.
When the pilot completes, this page will be replaced with a named write-up that includes: organisation (or an agreed anonymous sector label), team size, programme used, hours of learning delivered, completion rate, knowledge-check outcomes, and — where OTP is in scope — assessment scores before and after. We will not publish vanity quotes without those numbers. Until a partner agrees to be named, the homepage proof section stays honest: see Amro before you buy it.
What we ask of a design partner is operational, not promotional. Nominate an L&D or HR owner. Pick a cohort that will actually use the tutor. Allow us to report participation and progress internally during the pilot. Decide in advance whether you will allow a public case study, an anonymised sector study, or neither. The outreach note we send to potential partners is the same as this page: paid pilot first, measurable outcomes second, marketing last.
If you are evaluating Amro, do not wait for this template to fill itself. Book the 20-minute AI Training Demo, see a live voice lesson and the L&D progress view, then scope a pilot around headcount. Access to AI is not the same as AI capability — a measured workforce programme is how you close the gap. Product detail of what you will see in a pilot lives in the dynamic companion and Global Instructor AI Mentor case studies.
