Steps

  1. 1.Go to Sign up and create your account (one free credit for a dynamic companion).
  2. 2.Open My Journey — your home for continue cards and progress.
  3. 3.Browse Learning Agents (/companions) or Instructor Agents (/instructor).
  4. 4.Use search and filters on the home deck when signed in.

Troubleshooting

Voice will not connect or shows “requires public URL”

Deepgram callbacks need a public HTTPS origin. In production, NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL must match your live domain at build time. For local voice dev, run a Cloudflare tunnel to port 3000 and set TUNNEL_URL in .env.local, then restart npm run dev.

I cannot play a companion or instructor session

Check you have enough credits (or org allocation). Dynamic companions must finish the pipeline (status ready) before Play is enabled. Org users need an admin to allocate catalog tracks.

Lesson text and audio are out of sync

See the help article on play session sync. If a published global track fails validation, Super Admin can run timing heal from the admin pipeline — learners should report the track name to support.
